A Cambodian Wedding Celebration

When one thinks of beautiful and vibrant cultural weddings, it’s hard not to think of Cambodian wedding ceremonies. They are  steeped in tradition and express a strong connection to family, love, giving, and ancestral respect and connectedness. Traditional Cambodian (Khmer) weddings last three days, but we were honoured to have been invited to photograph the day of the ceremony as well as a second day with a western style wedding at the Brock House at Point Grey, Vancouver.
